They are hired by Foxconn and so, it is Foxconn that determines their basic salary, compensation and benefits. Apple simply pays Foxconn the amount set in their contract. If you want to complain and fight for these people's rights, attack China/Taiwan and the company itself. But no, you won't, as you're only doing this because it's Apple. Attacking Apple is a hip thing to do!

Those workers CAN NOT live with that payment. can you live with 130$ per month without any help from your country and working 49 hours per week?

All I was saying is that, almost all companies outsource their manufacturing process to China. Everybody's doing it. I didn't mean anything beyond that, so don't put words in my mouth. I'm not defending Apple's actions, and truth be told, if we are to blame any company for misdeeds, it should be Foxconn, a Taiwanese company, not Apple. Why do they treat their own citizens like crap? I do not appreciate the bad wishes on me and my family.

Apple is trying to hide the ugly notch, so they make the screen looks like there is no notch, but they can't because the notch is a trade mark of apple so it can't be removed, and it should be present on every apple phones,just like the apple logo. Apple has made the history, the phenomenal ugly notch. Thats all.

Apple hast done other way more serious, from trothling to cheap builded iphones, to very poor signal devices, to defective ingeniert Mac books and oh so on. This here, is just a scam.

A notch or hole in screen in fact reduces the expected display area given a diagonal screen length and aspect ratio.

Those arguments won't hold water. Most of the claims are against standard marketing hyperbole or does not mislead buyers in a capacity that's significantly impedes their enjoyment of the device.
Classic gold-digging but that's no surprise from NorCal.

They do, of course, provide fine print:
"The display has rounded corners that follow a beautiful curved design, and these corners are within a standard rectangle. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 5.85 inches (iPhone XS) and 6.46 inches (iPhone XS Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less."
And the iPhone X advertisements featured wallpapers that clearly showed the notch area. Any shots of apps on either model show the notch.
Anyone shocked to discover rounded off corners and a notch upon opening the box simply had to exercise their return rights.
