              Amazing

Pointless number, and iPhone series has over a billion devices sold, so?

yah, 18 Dec 2018right, same for my P9, no update to Oreo. security update s... moreWhere I live, the Huawei store personnel have conveniently rationlised the company not releasing new updates.

When we asked about the Nova 3 and whether it will get timely updates, the seller said that (non-verbatim, in native tongue) why would you want software updates? They just break the phone and ruin the battery... you can read at all forums and Facebook of people saying new update reduced their screen on time / caused apps to hang...

have got that Oreo in January 2018!

and yes, they are midrangers as well and a little bit older to.

It seems the buyers from ASUS were lucky enough to get that second update to . . . lol

"The nova 3+ arrived in Europe as Huawei P Smart"
You mean - the Nova 3i arrived in Europe as the Huawei P Smart+

                                Yeah... right...
Though Huawei forgot to tell, they f****d all original Nova buyers and decided not to update the phone to Oreo, a mere year after its release. All similar phones from other manufacturers got updated to Oreo, only Huawei though they are SO special.
For me this killed any desire to buy any other phone from them.

Sales for Nova 4? Hope it goes down the drain.

This is one of the biggest reasons why Huawei is growing so well. They got the loyalty and marketing, with price to performance at just the right ratio, not to mention their business model with Honor
