Why HTC does not make budget phones with best available features when other companies tries best for it for example Nokia 500, SE Live with Walkman etc. ?

It's a bit disapointing, users wont be able to use HW keys anymore. So lets hope ICS will come one day and solve this problem. Bravo HTC.

We are really meant to get excited that they are updating to HC, a month after ICS has started shipping and Samsung have already given expected timescales !!??
