Redmi Pro 2 may be Xiaomi's 48MP phone, teasers suggest Snapdragon 675 chipset

Arvind7955, 19 Dec 2018I just wish they launch this in India with price under ₹20,000.Agree, its samsung a7 2018 killer. Price will be below Rs.20.000 / $280

    For a while I thought this is going to be Note 4 but it's okay this way (better than if this would be Redmi 7...it's too early for that). If it's going to cost like 300-350 euros or dollars than it would be great. Also put a nice OLED into this and no notch and I'm in for the best smartphone (also use your popular batteries - 4000 mAh Xiaomi).

I'm not complaining as long as the prices are not ridiculous, which won't be, given its Xiaomi.

          At this point, it‘s just about buying the while inventory of that sensor to have the bragging rights of 48MP

              When they ran out of ideas for cameras, they started to measure themselves with the biggest megapixels.
              A sad gimmick and quite convinced it won't upgrade the cameras much, which to begin with, were held back by Xiaomi as well. (stabilization etc.)

                But Snapdragon 675 doesnt support such high MP camera

                  New Sony 48MP cam, SDM 675, Selfie punch hole, Amoled display, what else? I think it's all too good to be true... :) .

                            agree, i want also good quality amoled display with in display fingerprint sensor ,technology without notch(slider mechanism) or only teardrop notch maximum ,good sound like stereo repro or boomsound repro ,high capacity battery 3500mAh and higher and i wish better snapdragon 710 over 675 and wish also NFC ,so if it will be looking like that i will maybe take it ;-)

                              It looks like that I can bail on Mi Mix 3 for now because of this!

                                Original Redmi Pro had a OLED display.So i hope this one has it too.But a good OLED.Not some crappy OLED like they used in original

                                  notch era is almost gone, welcome hole in the screen 2018-2019:)
