I haven't received the Pie update till now. It's just a security patch for December.
The phone is still running on 8.1 Oreo

        This pie update for Nokia 8 doesn't have adaptive battery, digital well-being, app actions, gesture navigation, etc. Most of the major Pie features are missing.

              The Pie is supposed to be out on 19/12 but nobody received it.

                  I'm an avid Nokia 8 user. Does it improve camera algorithms? LG can do better with IMX 258 (look at LG G6).

                    Why Nokia/hmd not making a true successor to this phone?? Nokia 8 sirocco felt like a new league and it was costliest version. Nokia 8.1 is not a successor to any of Nokia 8. I would like to have a phone similar to Nokia 8 sirocco but with metal body and that 3.5mm Jack & upgraded CPU.. notch, glass back, irregular aspect ratio these are something i don't like.
