Whether Oneplus 6T has Portrait Stage Lighting mode? I am just contemplating between this and Huawei Mate 20 Pro only on this aspect and of course Mate 20 Pro has wireless charging which is a good thing on top of IP rating. From the Software perspective, I might prefer OnePlus 6T McLaren edition with good storage option as well.

~1/2 year later Samsung S line phones sell for the same price as OnePlus.

I had a bad experience with OP's software, it was better than most aesthetically and functionally, while remaining un-bloated, yet it was very inconsistent for me, loads of bugs and battery drain issues, despite the hardcore background app killing.

But by no means I think that Samsung is a better buy, if You care about the OS performance and aesthetics, maybe the new update will change that for them.

Until that, Pixel or iPhone it is, but as the iPhone is too expensive, last years Pixel model it is, it's been really great so far. Much more intuitive and smooth than OnePlus.

OnePlus forgot the OnePlus 5/5T. It brings updates to it's the 6T almost every 14 days while the beta program for 5/5T is running for some time and still there's no stable version.
I guess OnePlus thinks it can't eat the pie and have it too.
