Every phone nowadays comes with bugs, it's impossible to fix them all. The first month is when people report the problems so the manufacters can repair those.
Same thing applies in every software you update or buy. Mainly with windows updates, video games, applications, etc...

We should get used to them until a true decompiler emerges with some kind of AI knowledge, this may fix for future releases. But now, the era in smartphone and software is still new. Yup you heard it right, it's stil new and with so many hardware implementations in a single device it's completely normal having bugs

Stop complaining, just report them and everything will be fixed

Light years behind the ones they use for themselves. Possibly not even S5 standard. My girlfriend's S7 has a much better screen than the one in the Pixel 3xl. Feel free to go put them side by side, I have. I have also put my 950xl next to them. Seriously, my 950xl is 3 yrs old, and it has a slightly degraded screen, and it is still whiter. Google have messed up.

It is staggering that Google makes such a hash of their Pixel devices. They have terrible displays, just go look at demo units, the 3xl screens are already degrading bad. All the ones I have seen have awful yellowing, just look at the whites on the xl, and compare to the smaller 3, difference is night and day. Still no proper way to hide the notch. Bluetooth seems to be really inconsistent. Audio quality in video and in calls is terrible. Also seen one device with severe burn in, but I may give them a pass on that, as the phone will have been left on continually.

Oast years had only chinese phones because for a much friendly price they offers much better device which can last equal to a nonchinese phone.
Have Moto X4 now had lenovo Vibeshot before and huawei Y5 even before Leovo.

AnonD-731363, 22 Dec 2018Interesting when chinese phones are released like Xiaomi or... moreAgreed to some extent. My Mi A1 had only some minor stuttering where as my Pixel 1 had all sorts of indecencies, such as battery problems, buzzing while recording videos, GPS unable to find itself, logging out of all Google services and not letting back in. Ironic, as its their own phone..
In this case Mi A1 was a surprise and a hit.

I got the Pixel 1 cheap and keep it for it's compact size and camera. I couldn't care less for the "pure Android", means just that devs are lazy or underpaid to make something creative or unique in the UI.
My view on it is that they could easily have the stock Android as a standard and a fully customizable for all who want to tinker around without rooting

Strange, I have had the December patch on Pixel 3 for 2 weeks

Interesting when chinese phones are released like Xiaomi or Huawei there are no problems at all or no major problems.
When pixel phones, apple or Samsung are released there are always tons of bugs glitches and other issues.
Now we know why chinese phones are a lot better.
