Strange that people don't worry about security updates how they are worried about os updates.

Waiting it and I hope it will bring new features for S-Pen.. as I know till now there is nothing new will come for S-Pen

Sometruth , 28 Dec 2018People is always complaining about the android updates espe... moreI'm a Samsung user since S1 , currently using Note 9 . One UI it's not an excuse for a slow update , as the rest of the years was the same story even there wasn't a huge modification. They're just very bad at updating their flagships. Note 9 gets android P on 15 Jan 2019 , and most probably will get android 10 in April-June 2020 as they did in the previous years with previous flagships. They're just bad at updating their phones .

People is always complaining about the android updates especially the ones for Samsung phone, most of these are IPhone users.
Please understand that an update like this is a big change as it is a whole new interface even though the phone will be running the same so called "android OS" .
IPhones do receive a lot of updates but at the end of the day they don't really make a huge change when it comes to the interface of their OS, they may add or remove some features but nothing else than that, you get an update, but you keep the same interface.

Its personal preferences...
I like Stock/Stock Like Android UIs because its simple,its easy and the most important its not wasting much much resources like complicated/useless/not useful features on others costomized UI Like browser app from OEMs its self...

Omg... it is really true, i really thought a phone like Note 9 already have Pie... But not..
Shame on you Samsung, glad i left this brand and this is one of the reasons.

Pie has hardly any attractive features ... its just useless ... the UI has been same since lollipop/marshmellow .. google is just adding 1 or 2 useless features every year ... its kind of becoming pointless in just increasing these version alphabets !!
I will be happy with even Nougat on samsungs .. they will still have better features than boring stock android pie

Samsung alwats late with updatesAs long as security updates are regular everything else is not really important.
OS update changes are so minor that it is not something special anymore.

Please bring night mode with future software update. Xiaomi and oneplus can do it, so samsung should be able too
