When comes to companies which are like cancer or even much worse apple dominates. Or was dominating.
Past 2 years customers gives them what they deserved long time ago.
Lack of sales and they looking on other brands which preforms a lot better.

At the Moment Apple is one step forward in some aspect like destroying economies in multiple countries, biggest slavery, misleading cunsomers, letting people bleed by their over priced junks etc.

vrvly, 03 Jan 2019And here I thought apple is home in court.Hmm there home court is USA , which they are less lightly to lose in , but with the damage to there stock price , if Qualcomm nails them across Europe as well as China and it’s slowing market for phones it will effect Apple for longer.. and probs cost much more.. I get the feel Apple will have to drop its phones prices sooner or later , As it buys most components from other company’s is days of making mass profit are over.. as Only a small group will buy there next phone if it’s. more than 1300 at the starting price.. and trumps idea to bring apple to the states will cause the price to sky rocket as well as labour is higher..

Ugh. You know it's funny. AMD, Intel and Qualcomm all have these really handy cross license agreements. Motorola and Nokia had agreements in place. Samsung has the same thing. And yet for some reason apple seems to think because they made an all glass phone they own the concept. Touchscreen phones existed before that. IPad? Meet the tablet PC. The problem is, when someone creates something before you, they tend to patent it. And unlike apples design patents, these are actually innovative companies.

Just having a beer, 03 Jan 2019I hate those very often ridiculous patents. But this one is... morePatent laws should be reviewed. Often they're just stupid drawings and schematics without any actually produced technologies. Patent laws should be based on designs which already have actual working prototypes and products.
Many companies abuse these patents laws to make more $$$$ by filing patents for products that aren't even possible to produce, and are just drawings and schematics. They just do that to force other companies to pay them just because they "supposedly" thought of the idea first. Patents are apparently being used now for anti-competitive purposes, not for protection of rights.
