Carl, 05 Jan 2019No it will not. That's ridiculous. But it should be.
All depends on brightness of your screen and how big your screen is.
Also Amoled and LCD makes big difference along with apps running in backround.

Anonymous, 04 Jan 2019Let me guess the rest of the specs I would expect for Mi 9.... moreMust I care? Planned Obsolescence is as normal as being trendy. I bought a midrange 2012 PC and already, I set my planned obsolescence for my capable PC for five years. After 5 years, I moved on to flagship specced PC and the comparison is Day and Night.

Normally, Smartphones no matter what they are should last for two years minimum. We all want marginal but innovative features of muh SoC, display, signal bands, etc. Don't expect yourself to have a phone that lasts till 5 years and if you want to, get an Apple iPhone 6S. I have a Nokia 8 and has a MicroSD slot but I used a USB-C cable to transfer the files to PC anyway. Maybe I don't use my 64GBs much and always left 20GBs of free space since 2017.
