Love the Community, 05 Jan 2019With the 7nm process Processor, that 3100mah could be more ... moreWe won't all get the 7nm chips. Some get the 8nm Exynos, sadly.

The 7nm cpu will increase with maximum 15% the autonomy compared with 10 nm cpu with the same battery capacity, let's say 3100 mah. So do not expect a revolution of standby time.

S10 lite 3100 mah, S10 classic 3500 mah, S10 plus 4000 mah. The same cheapness over and over again. Samsung it is time for me to say goodbye.

Love the Community, 05 Jan 2019With the 7nm process Processor, that 3100mah could be more ... moreIn my opinion the battery test of a tech site from my country is the best I've seen.

Results from iphones are jokes. Almost 2h SoT worse than Moto Z2 Force which has almost same screen area but smaller battery and QHD.

          Worse than XA1 Ultra that uses a 6" 16:9 1080p LCD , 2700mAh and 16nm cpu.

Every year the same old story. The SD801 was 24nm and 845 is 10nm. And with newer android versions, the battery endurance should be at least 50% more using same battery capacity.

The 5.7" 16:9 of s6 edge+ is bigger than the 5.8" 18,5:9 of s9 but the older had better numbers here. Both use 3000mAh..
Not even counting the fact that newer batteries are suppose to be better than years ago.

Too small for a phone that supposed to have a 5.8" screen. 3500mah should be the minimum these days imo

i think the standard would go for 3500 and Plus would go for 4000!
i hope i was wrong cause this numbers are far from impressive!

With the 7nm process Processor, that 3100mah could be more than 85+ hours average as per GSMA testing.
