Redmi note 7 is the upper variant of redmi7. If note7 don't have a 48mp cam how can a lower, thus cheaper, redmi7 have?

I would rather assumed that the 4800 on the post is the battery capacity, than 48MP.

I have a question about the phone , the teasers and leaked specs reveal that the camera will have 48MP sensor and Snapdragon 660 which handles up to 24MP single camera or 16MP dual cameras. How can the phone use this 48MP sensor with a processor that can't handle more than 24MP sensor in a single camera and the photos show that the phone will come with dual rear cameras ?
