AnonD-826051, 11 Jan 2019S10 E (Lite) version will come with flat screenI don't want a lite version. In this case better to buy something from the competition (in fact that's what I had to do when my Galaxy Note 4 suddenly died with all the data)

AnonD-731363, 10 Jan 2019There are no big hopes. Anything they come with will be or... moreWell said!!! People clearly see that samsung ignores the needs and wants of their customers (for example, provides no choice - you cannot buy a flagship phone with a flat screen from them).

This is why, after owning S3 and Note 4, I had to sacrifice the amazing OLED screens and ditch Samsung for Huawei Mate 10 (which has IPS). This by the way saved me a lot of money!

I see that here in Europe many a lot of people have bought Huaweis in 2018.
Samsung should start listening to their customers and offer more choice, or will keep loosing clientele. Each year more and more interesting devices come out, it's no longer necessary to buy a Samsung or Apple to have a decent device.

Mzwandile, 11 Jan 2019Samsung can not grind Apple even if they would like to. Big... moreI know what you are talking about. It's about heaviness and bloatware of the software. But rest, that the roms and the updates in the last 3, 4 years are smooth and lighter than before that and now you can enjoy the lightness of the software installed in later phones of the last years without issues and installing new updates without turn the software heavier and slow. It's natural that a new operate system version, installed, will go to turn the software a bit heavier, you have to conform yourself with that.

Mzwandile, 11 Jan 2019Samsung can not grind Apple even if they would like to. Big... moreWhat foolishness is that? What software issues did you find in the Samsung smartphones in last 3, 4 years, for say that? The roms and the updates, they aren't all stables, a long time ago?

You run 37 mobile shops and you still find a time to comment on every post from this site... Wow.. btw this is my first and last post to you. There are nice people who have something smart to say here, and some are well.. as we can see. Btw2 did you ever put a positive comment here on any subject or product except Huawei? :( Because there is a rule about constant bashing same brands or products.

Mzwandile, 11 Jan 2019Samsung can not grind Apple even if they would like to. Big... moreHow good is the iPhone sales/ resale right now bud. They almost can't even give them away.
Why even update your iPhone if your not experiencing something new but rather something skimmed down for older hardware limitations? I'm sure older Android phones can run newer software but why??? Get a new device and pass on the old one to the less fortunate.

Anonymous, 10 Jan 2019They should have called it the Galaxy X just to grind Apple... moreSamsung can not grind Apple even if they would like to. Big software issues with Samsung devices and they stop running latest android whereas iphones run latest IOS for about 6yrs. 2013 Iphone 5s runs latest IOS 12.1 whereas 2013 galaxy s4 was abandoned on android kit kat, hence Samsung phones depreciate so badly and have poor resale value. That S10 will be expensive at release but 2months down the line it will lose value, depreciate and available cheap. That's a huge No

what i hope is the introduction of any enhanced version of microSD, like having A2. as well as microSDUC support; if you don't know that the supply of flash memory has been on (severe) excess. ditching so instead, would get that industry worse.

Personally, it is better to buy Galaxy S9/S9+ or wait for S11...and so on. I do not say that S10 is bad phone but S10 and its sibling is nothing really new or really impressive. More, its price must be overpriced like galaxy A8 2018 LOL.

                                Good news

len, 11 Jan 2019You sir, has the only logical response i have seen in here ... moreI disagree. I've paid premium for almost all my phone's and they have all lasted until I've given away or sold. On the same topic I've had cheaper off brand (Chinese imported junk) and they simply don't last.

So for this reason (along with others, but primarily this reason) I choose to pay a premium every 2-3 years.
My 4 year old is rocking my Note 4 installing countless apps just for me to uninstall them over and over again.
Daughter has the S7, previously an S5 which was my wife's phone for a few years. Still have the SII for when the Note 4 is misplaced as well. Middle child has had a Samsung tablet for 2 years now and still going strong.

We all have our own preferences and I will stick with mine because I know they work.

once again, the holy grail of smartphones just like the note 9 was, then passed.
Each new device is for ones who skipped the note 9, or has the s9 plus.
Wtf people desire to pay 1200 or more and maybe 1400 everywhere and every 6 months is an addiction to power. I broke that cycle when i paid 1200 in august. I just jumped off the circus merry go round of debt and settled to stick and stay with my note 9. I don't desire a mega battery, as chargers are included for a reason. The S10 will be the greatest until the next 2000.00 phone comes out. I wonder, does ANYONE own a laptop or desktop anymore ?
