Samsung launches Android Pie beta for the Galaxy Note8

Registrations for beta testers are now open in India and South Korea.

About 1.6 GB update it is which I got shortly after registering for the beta test last night in the Samsung members app. Though it's beta it's running fine so far. SM-N950F (Note 8) models should have it. I haven't had any data losses the phone is working fine, I use the Nova launcher and it's smooth. All settings have remained the same. The dark mode in pie is great. Task manager looks how it is on Apple devices... The apps are horizontally stacked unlike the previous rolodex style.

You got to wait till the stable version is released which will be around feb for note 8

I registered and installed the beta last night, big improvement form oreo and the phone just feels so much better now with ONE UI

hrishievo, 16 Jan 2019Installed. Works fine for me. It also supports the latest D... moreWorking fine for me too, but I've observed the RAM usage has increased. About 300 to 500 MB extra RAM is occupied under the same usage pattern I had while on Oreo.

Installed. Works fine for me. It also supports the latest Dex Mode without the need for a Dex station.

And it is downloading as I type. Hope it works fine.
