Another set of iPhone XI prototype renders surfaces

Following the Wall Street Journal’s story about the iPhone’s possible triple camera, this is the second set of renders we’ve seen since then.

Triple camera? Very ugly.

    ugly design as o f :))

      They can continue XS form factor for one more year with upgraded spec but significantly reduced prices. No need to reinvent wheel by just repositioning cameras and adding useless features for increased prices. People are sort of happy with current mobiles in the market at various price points below $900. Anything above will not sell anymore like the earlier flagships.

        Don't think it's real, the depth sensor has taken enough space on the middle top area, it is very unlikely, from an engineering stand point to dump in three cameras around the same area

          AnonD-762416, 16 Jan 2019Notch again!?Yes, notch again because unlike Android whose front camera is always inferior, Apple front cameras are state of the art as if you have a Xbox Kinect for a front camera. They put so much tech on their front cameras to make Face ID work better unlike Android where they still put basic sensors that are no better. Apple's notch makes more sense.

              This i can live with, than the off center unbalance big camera

                2nd render is acceptable while the 1st one is horrendous! Apple can let go of their lousy designer team if the 1st render made it to the official debut.

                    Why apple is always copying android ? Why can't they do something original for once(other than that fruit logo)?

                      I love that second design. it atleast makes sense.

                        If these turns.out to be true I hope Apple picks the second design

                            Furiounx, 16 Jan 2019Yuck. There's no way in hell that's one of Apples designs. ... more I think the "renders" look similar to a LG G7. I used to own a LG G5 ( talk about very poor battery life, and a quiet loudspeaker ^_^ ) .

So Apple's current design is far more inferior. In fact, iPhones have always had the worst design among phones. First they had the worst STB ratio, now they have the biggest notches.

                                    Sooner or later, they will follow android phone design and fade out from mobile competition.

                                    If they smart enough, they should doing something like google, to let other phone maker to use their iOS and i believe android will suffer a big blow.

                                      At this point, Apple has gone full retarded, and you never go full retarded.

                                        Honestly, this looks WAY nicer compared to the previous render / current iPhones. The camera alignment is like a mix of LG V40 (triple camera + aligned horizontally) + Samsung A8s (flash around the camera).
