I would tell everyone what I think about Carrier IQ and the Gov't, but I'm using an android now, so they'll probably track me and lock me up.

I wonder what are the chances for a massive lawsuit? When signing a contract with a provider or buying a phone, there is no statement that customers should provide such data to 3rd party companies for any reasons. It is not ok, that someone collects any type of info, without general agreement signed, right?
