      Pay such an amount and have a moth siting on the screen while watching videos??? No way I am not buying it. Better protest by not buying it or else we will get note 10 with the same design.

        This is what happens when brainless overpaid MBAs decide design requirements versus the sound judgements of their engineers. These overpaid corporate swindlers actually think they know better than the customers, consumer/fanbase feedback is actually totally pointless, they don't listen to any of it, whatever feedback forms you see online are just a PR dress-up, nothing more. The only way to make them turn tail and flee is by voting with your wallets. Stop buying this sort of junk.

                    And that's not true at all, my S8 is getting the One UI (Android 9 / Pie) came with Nougat which was upgraded to Oreo (Android 8).
                    And, why the need to have the latest and greatest on an older device, the thing with Samsung (vs. cheap chinese brands) is when they release their phones they work with no compromises. I've yet to have a 'need' to upgrade.

                          Where is the flat screen version? Edge screens are not practical.

                            Generally appealing though that one eyed Jack looks bit puzzling.

                            As far as Note is concerned:- Let them not tinker Note series with unwanted design stuff since present form factor serves better and focus on performance, power, RAM and other productivity measures, AI etc...this is workhorse and must be affordable as well.

                            Let them try all fancy stuff in S series

                                My opinion.
                                Front camera design is not so good. Better to use or develop under display camera.
                                Better option, use pop up camera. Or infinity V design.
                                Edge display replacement is expensive when damage.

                                    Looks beautiful but I promised myself that I won't be buying Samsung any more because in about 1 year they stop releasing major software updates for you "TOP Tear phone".

                                      This is fake.

                                        If priced around $599-$699 ... there might be takers. As can be seen from the latest iPhones failure, if Samsung aren't listening then they will fail too.
