                        But then again, go try to teach everyone in your country how everything that can be bought works. Try to teach everyone in your community how cameras, processors, screens, materials, software, modems... You understand the challenge.

                                  8MP selfies sounds weak. 25MP selfies sounds way better to those who don't understand how photography works (aka 90% of users). So just do that and wait 'till money comes in.
