well, i think iphones or icraps will have 4g in their next versions... so, icrap lovers say sammy copies everything of their crap.... so what should sammy product users say now??? copy of 4g galaxy products or other droids 4g technology???! apple are afraid of sammy..... being fraustrated, they forgot bringing new.... steve now gone :( apple will go down big tym i hope :) samsung will rule over apple pretty soon..... i will leave my iphone crap... already a galaxy s user... waitin for galaxy sIII...

Apple are very very good at diverting attention and this is what these court cases are all about keeping the media and everyone else distracted so nobody is asking the real questions.The main one being fact that people are arguing over which is the better phone, this is quite a bad thing for Apple, what nobody seems to have picked up on was that the Galaxy SII was out eight months before the IPhone 4S and its specs were known for a good four months before that (thats a long time in the cell phone world) and all Apple could do was get close/match it. It looks to be honest like Apple are desperate to try and stop Samsung by going to court over every little thing but what Apple have not realised is Samsung have done this before in the world of flat screen TV's they took on Sony who tried all the same dirty tricks and won. If the Iphone 5 is going head to head with the Galaxy SIII in four months time Apple have alot of catching up to do and they know it...

First off Samsung is only suing back and taking defensive steps towards Apple for all the rediculous actions of Apple. All was fine until Apple started trying to do everything they could to take out the competition of the Galaxy line because it's to great a threat. What are they supposed to do? Stand there and just watch Apple sue them for everything they have and let them??
Second Apple barely invented anything. Just about everything they have is something they bought or stole from another company. Including the Iphone's design(stolen). Most of the parts in Iphone are other companies. Every cpu has been Samsung. there is Nokia, Sony, and many others inside there.

Second if Sammy is the immature then why did Apple start sueing them just because they made better products?? Apple started this mess and Sammy is just defending their selves. Apple doesn't make anything of their own. Samsung makes almost everything on their own and for Apple. Every cpu in an Iphone has been of Sammy.
