Merkel wants safeguards to keep China from accessing data through Huawei

Norwegian intelligence has expressed security concerns over using Huawei for the 5G rollout, but hasn't made a final decision yet.

i hope Huawei fall really hard cause they overprice its phones like crApple, i want the Huawei Mate 20x but 700 dollars is so much for a Chinese wannabe rip off Apple and its outdated processor!

    Aren't a lot of Germans upset with her policies lately though?

      There is a Chinese law that demands that every Chinese citizen give every information they know if the Chinese security agencies ask them to do so, and that makes any promises Huawei give Merkel irrelevant!
      USA/NSA, and Russia, spy on everyone, so Europeans must only buy 5G... from European companies, Ericsson...!

        Germany has some common sense

          Huawei is innocent until proven otherwise, an entity can't be guilty just on mere speculation.

            Finally. Literally, just work with them. Both Huawei and the US government are at fault here.
