"Apple is probably anxious to see what lawsuits they can potentially file already. A CEO announcing a product launch will probably be litigated upon advertising patents."

    So very true :(

What does this have got to do with the iPad preaching?

Even Google admits Android tablets are bad, but the fanboys will continue to deny. Not an Appl fan, but unbiased, the iPad is the superior tablet in the market. Hope Nexus tablet can do better.

They are certainly welcome to do that, but they don't actually _need_ to even lift a finger. And that's because:
                a) tablets are still _not_ all that useful or indispensable - the sales the iPad gets is more due to the Apple bling-factor and reality distortion field, which Google cannot (and should not) hope to match, and
                b) on the other hand, Apple cannot begin to hope to compete with this sort of pricing (and interest - you were saying something about poor sales...?) http://androidadvices.com/ainol-novo-7-android-40-ice-cream-sandwich-tablet-99-china/

I am more interested in tablets coming out with WebOS, unless google pulls out something really innovative.

I thought Eric Schmidt is the Executive Chairman, not CEO anymore? Larry Page is the current CEO is he not?
