You know people will read these numbers and say "Oh in India only 200$ phones work and premium phone brands are just too expensive for them" - Wrong!
Take Apple, their phones are 30-40% more expensive then the US, no authorised service networks, no effort to offer trade-ins or launch offers like android brands. No reduction in costs, like china, when sales go down.
Huawei has only started releasing premium phones in last 10-12 months and are noticeably more expensive to their Sammy counterparts.....with very limited india footprint.
Samsung/Vivo/Oppo/Oneplus : Have established production and strong service support in india. Competitively priced and same as global prices. Launch offers to attract customers. And most importantly the spec to price ratio is great.
One is not paying $1100 for Iphone-XR with a 720p screen and no service support.

When Chinese brands keep selling well specs phones at afordable price and also improving the quality of their products i've no other reason to stay with well known brands like Samsung, LG or Sony.
They also try to do something innovative/unique like pop up camera, double screen etc.
