AnonD-800802, 09 Feb 2019LMFAO “android power users” the number of android phones th... moreAndroid flagships bought on bargain prices lasting few years is far better proposition than tying to expensive iPhone top of the line for years. iOS Apps are no different than Android infact in emerging markets many Apps are not even available in iOS due to poor adoption levels of iPhones.
There is huge difference in customisation in Android as against iOS. iOS skins are the only reason people HATE Huawei EUMI in the Android world. iOS skin is not at all cool.
Benefits of mid-range and bargain flagships in Android world far exceeds that of iPhones in terms of value.

Galaxy Note 10, 09 Feb 2019iOS is really smooth for an average and ordinary user. But ... moreLMFAO “android power users” the number of android phones that lasts longer than iPhone are very limited. The app quality on iOS is far better than play store. iPhones have the most powerful chip on the market. RAM management is also far better because of optimisation.
What kind of power usage are you seriously referring to that can’t be done on an iPhone? Video and photo editing in most cases are also faster again because of the processor.
The split screen function is absolutely useless on a 6 inch screen. The customisation is great but absolutely overrated as well. Considering the number of launchers that looks like iOS, again speaks volume of the number of people who wants a simpler interface.
I had an s9 plus and sold that for my XS Max. Extremely happy with iOS and Apple customer support.

Wider notch = less expensive narrower notch = we can make more money ... Apple will never stop raising prices and others won't stop to as well but at the end of the day consumers have limits as to what they are willing to pay

Anonymous, 09 Feb 2019I've always used android. Satisfied android user. I know iO... moreiOS is really smooth for an average and ordinary user. But after some time, few major upgrades and after 18 months, your apps may start crashing and since the modems, WiFi are not fast enough, you may experience performance issues, though the iPhone processors themselves are fastest. If you are an Android Power User, iOS may be limiting in many ways. The major selling point is security and data privacy, and if you believe what Apple says, then you can feel happy about it. Very rock solid mobile in construction compared to Android contemporaries, though I never experienced battery issues (since I do not make lots of call or play videos) there are complaints about iPhone batteries.
But chances are high that you may get bored sooner than Android and replacing iPhones with another iPhone will cost you bomb, especially if you are a frequent upgrader.
Otherwise, there is nothing you may be missing in one over the other....

Sony is commonly the source of new things in this world (water resistant phones, 960fps super slow motion, portrait mode "aka" background defocus, glass sandwich design), only the popular brands make it a big trend
In fact, pixel binning already started from Sony, with their Xperia Z1, which converts its 20MP sensor to 8MP to improve image quality, which was way before the legendary 808 PureView & Lumia 1020, up to the now popular P20 Pro & Mate 20 Pro
Anything that Sony does will always be hated, but I don't really care anymore, since I've realized that those bad things they say wouldn't really make their (Sony) products anything bad, and I have this mindset that any new feature from Sony will be implemented by others in the future, and they'd thank them for it

I've always used android. Satisfied android user. I know iOS isn't as advanced as android and has it's limits but I want to try iPhone as it's software support is great. I want a colorful iPhone with 4GB ram and 256GB storage alongside with USB C.
