They s... moreMost likely the Sony IMX586 and 48MP ISOCELL Bright GMI are the same sensor and most likely designed by Samsung and Fabricated by Sony. Samsung didn't think it was all that great and that's why it isn't using it in the S10 Series.
Samsung has obviously used another generation sensor. The only question is what are its entire specs. That we will know, maybe after the devices ate launched.

It's pretty much the same with everything from a simple calculator to a high class hooker. Age brings old and old brings cheap.

              No matter how hard they try to sell it, a lens with 77 degree of FOV is NOT a regular, normal lens. It's wide. Always was, and always will be.
              Not to mention the "telephoto" lenses with a 40 mm (equivalent) focal length.

                okay, is is FHD+ or QHD+

                  Nokia 8 wasn't the first either. As per my knowledge, HTC Butterfly 3 was the first one, and that was back in 2015 too...

                        Still just rumors! The final won't be released before the actual day. If you took a little time to study a bit more and actually follow the reveal events, you would know that no leak is as correct as on the reveal itself.

                        Good pr stunt though, for those who doesn't know the brand correctly.

                          From the sheets it says camera has OIS, unless the OIS is not Optical Image Stabilization ?

                            Samsung should be credited with helping us Not suffer phones with that iSheep inspired Notch. I couldn't bear even looking at a phone with that. It's great that Huawei and other Chinese phones were quick to copy Samsung.

                            I hope the new image sensors have improved dynamic range and low light capabilities and, that the Computation Photography has been improved way more than previously. I thought Samsung should follow the Huawei P20's way of Radical New Image Sensor photography.

                                Anonymous, 12 Feb 2019Face recognition? I thought they removed it.What they removed is IRIS scan, which requires some special set of optical sensors, but basic facial recognition is done by a normal camera!

                                  Super slowmo is still limited 0.4s or 0.8s... but edit video after recording? It doesn't make sense. If you want to edit video afterward, you should record the whole video with 960fps...

                                      Hard to make out, but it looks like there will be a 256GB option for the S10e with 8GB RAM? Nice. I still would prefer the same cameras, FP sensor, etc. as the other models, but this is a promising development to me.
