Neither did the Tizen 4 update resolve the issue. Samsung has gone from great to pathetic in customer care or caring about the customers !

Do you have any news related new software updates that will fix the sensor error for Gear S3 Tizen 4.0.0.2? Or another solution? Many thanks in advance for your answer and advice.

For all of you, don't update your gear S3 to Tizen 4 , Sensors like wrist wake up, heart rate monitoring etc will not work and battery life will decrease to 1 day at most. I repeat if you didn't update your software yet, don't do that.

You say they all of a sudden started working again?
Had you tried any troubleshooting to fix it yourself?

For 1 week after updating it, the heart rate & Gyro sensor stopped working. But all of sudden, it started working today. Haven't updated it or put in on auto update.

I got the update in Sweden for my Gear S3. I first got an update for the Galaxy wearable app and then an update for the watch.
My biggest problem now is battery drain. It went from 2-3 days (even 4 in some cases) to under 12 hours. It actually drains more than 10% per hour. I had a similar issue last summer after Tizen 3.0.0.2 update. Now they seem to have made the same mistake. I don't know how much longer I will be able to tolerate the incompetence at Samsung.

Post updates my gyro and heart rate sensor stopped working.
Until Tizen 3.0 , the sensors were working perfectly.
Wish I had not updates the latest software.
