I know samsung is a premium brand.. and infact I own galaxy note 9, because... It took me 65k to buy it.. thats 900$ approx... And iphone XS max starts at 110k which is nearly 1500$ or 1400 i guess and that is ridiculous, but still most people spend to go for iphones, because, 90% features they get in note 9 are already present in a 300$ phone... Not everyoneis as tech savvy as us in gsmarena....I am not against android or apple or whatever ... It's just that I can't stand people who bash a brand just because they can't afford it.. what are the points against? It ios, bendgate.. costly.. they bash ios bcoz is not like android... That is more ridiculous thaniphone price in our country

        And apple knew the whole time. Even before releasing it. And then fixed the issues in future production.

        But.... for years it was never an issue. And when it finally was an issue it was strictly the users fault and had to have dropped it for it to happen..... wow. But from the kindness of their heart years later after they denied and forced people into hefty repairs or upgrades.... you could get the repair half off...

        And it only effected a few 6 models..... meanwhile effected many many 6 and plus at least.

        Just that alone is seriously horrible. Let alone their myriad of issues.

          indlvarn, 15 Feb 2019They're not impressive, Snapdragon 855 scores are much higher.855 single core much lower. And single core pretty much most important aspect of Android cpu. It is beastly score. Rivaling Apple.

            It will be an awesome device BUT, because of the trashy Samsung custom UI on top of Android and very late and shortlife updates will be piece of Junk in 6 months.

              Infact People all over globe buy apple or samung due to their reliability, whether it’s software or hardware... but errors can happen..

                      According to the 3 teasers that Samsung recently launched, S10 showed NOT to be an infinity-O phone! It's probably going to introduce the "new infinity screen"!!

Apple have a large team of chip architects, they design the chip completely on their own. They have an ARM architecture licens, meaning they are allowed to design a CPU from the ground up using the ARM ISA. So its not a modified ARM design like most other companies use.

                        You can read about this and the ARM licence model on Anandtech if you do not believe me.

                          My Nexus 4 was smoother then my s8+...
                          Samsung reaaaaalllyy needs to focus on their software instead of just bumping useless number. They're not gonna make a difference when the software is just horrible.

                              There's been many hardware issues, defects, missing standards, massively pinched hardware like in ram and battery. Which is almost guaranteed to be a big part of why more iPhones couldnt live up to the hype in all honestly. And why they lagged a lot or had a world leaf in app crashes for years. Or bogged down in updates as well.
                              Aside from the software not being anywhere near as optimized as claimed. Especially in later generations.
                              And often limited storage too.
                              And the awful battery runtime from using such weak battery capacities. And the already smaller and weaker capacities causing them to be worn down more rapidly within a year or two.
                              All so you would pay their over priced fee for battery repair. Or upgrade....
                              You know aside from barely being any faster than an android or even as fast sometimes on certain things. Even with their "weaker" chip. Except a few things the a chip had more advantages in.
                              And lacking so much in fault features, functions, advantages, various basic user rights... and even menu organization...

                              But you know.... just understanding this simply means.... we don't understand variety and just want iOS to be android.... although it would be an improvement lol

                                And the x one has a significant portion of its power and efficiency from the tmsc 7nm process to thank as well.

                                You might need a dose of reality and some perspective there.
