A lot of online lists of "top selling flagship phones in India" include phones from LG, Huawei, vivo, oppo, etc. More than one phone from each of those companies. They still outnumber the flagships from Apple and Samsung combined.
The main gripe I'm having is that claiming that 90% of flagship phones sold in India are from Apple or Samsung is an absurd exaggeration.

Price of this new S10 series is really high means even cheapest one is so expensive. It would be great if they could launch S10e for like 40k then many people would buy this over OP6t which is selling for 38k.
I am waiting for this launch for long time as now price of S9 will drop a bit and if they sell S9 for 40k I will definitely buy this one over OP 6t and honor View 20.

He is talking about flagship; means an expensive phone with top notch processor, camera, screen and other hardwares for example galaxy S series, xiaomi Mi9, Mi Mix, honor view 20, OP 6t, Pixel series, oppo find x, vivo nex, LG G and V series etc.
Talking about high end phones people prefer Samsung, OP and Apple and Xiaomi doesn't even have any flagship phone in India except 2 years old Mi Mix 2 which did not sell good so company is now focusing on only budget phones in India.

Peach, 19 Feb 2019Why is it always India?Maybe because it is the Fastest Growing Major Economy of the World, and because it is also the fastest growing Mobile Market in the World.
Also unlike China and the United States, it has not imposed unreasonable restrictions on OEMs from other countries.
China's economy and mobile market will start slowing down considerably in about 15 years. The United States tech advantage is already down and Apple probably owes 20% of its annual revenue in unpaid taxes across all major jurisdictions (including the US).
