Samsung Galaxy S8 starts receiving stable One UI update

I've S8 plus model no G955FD I don't know why I didn't receive 9.0 update yet, can you guys tell me when it'll arrive?

          I could not see any notification about the update of Pie and One UI in my S8.

              I just updated manually last night to the previous 400 mb security patch. Can't wait for the new One UI it looks hella crysp!

                I am using the Exynos 8895 variant and this was like 2017.

                Exynos 7870 launched in 2016 and A6 (2018) just received an update to enable Dual VoLTE.

                So kinda weird but not hopeful. Will carry on using it for some time unless S9 comes down around $420 from the current $814.

                Bought S8 for $400 :)

                      if u have a fair amount of budget to buy flagships, go for s9 -> all latest features with powerful processor (even for 2019) yet appreciably affordable now...very reasonable phone to settle between s8 and s10..

                                    I guess they have learnt the lesson from the Oreo release last February, with the unfortunate version stamp "CRAP", so this year it is "DSBA" (and not e.g. "DUMB")

                                    (It is not Germany only though, here in their Nordic appendix we got it as well this morning)
