Okay fans did bash iphone back in the day but may be those fans are not the same one who is praising now. But I get your point and I agree with you that 21:9 is weird infact all these new aspect ratios are weird. I still love 16:9 but I'm using LG G6 which has 18:9 which fine for the most part but 21:9 is ridiculous and these notches man I am sick of it.

That's why I said Apple also laughed at first Samsung Note because Apple was very proud of making smartphone. I don't like this new aspect ratios trend, notch, punch hole, removal of headphone jack but the thing is you specifically pointed out with the reference of Apple so I pointed out what Apple did in the first place. Companies have to evolve and bring something new to the table otherwise it won't survive the competition.

I was pointing out it's really tall and there for it's weird. I made Apple comment on the point of what fans made for it for it's bigger and taller screen.
Last year Sony phones still looked good. Now they look just bulky too tall with there 21:9 screens. We dont need taller phones. What we need is something you dont need to carry around in a bag cause pockets are not big enough for these meter tall phones

It's like Apple dropped the iPhone name trademark or Samsung dropped Galaxy trademark. Lot of risks for business companies, especially a massive one like Apple and Samsung, unless it's totally urgent, like the trademark name has been defiled due to an incident make the companies forced to strip down their trademark name, like profits and share markets going smaller....

hmm, 25 Feb 2019I am not Apple user and wasnt talking about whats good or b... moreIt's apple who always brag about it's compact phones till iPhone 5s and it was also Apple who made fun of Samsung Note series when they first launch to their size. People were started making Jokes on iPhone 6 because Apple left it's own principle of making compact phone and realized that time isn't stagnant.

I like Sony but it's getting harder than ever to stay a fan. The 10 and 10P have poor processors for the money Sony will be asking for and the battery capacity is lower. It's honestly like they have no idea what the hell they're doing all of a sudden when the XA and XA1 were excellent budget phones to build upon.
The 10 and 10P literally have no reason to buy them whatsoever.

hmm, 25 Feb 2019Back in the day when apple started to make larger phones th... moresony exist longer than iphone, if you are iphone user like me you should notice plenty problems with iphone, week signal, storge that will slow down, battery quality scandal, i8 screen pop up in 2week lunch, bending i6 , etc

Back in the day when apple started to make larger phones there were people who made meter long phone pictures to laugh at Apple.

Nothing special here. Everyone move forward,with sd 660,670,675,710,712 processor.For mediatek is p35 and p70 now. They stuck to older models.Also launch a phone with Oreo today is stupid,when 10 is on the way. I'm sure that price will be to high. The perfect combination will be models with new procesor and price cut of 30%. More people will have it and will spreed populariy.

All their products are overpriced for years now, they think they are big brand that people will pay extra to have them. Out of touch with reality is their specialty.

I'll wait for the Sony midranger update to come out in August/September. I have an XA2 Ultra. The 10 Plus has a smaller battery. And that's a deal breaker.
