I like the fact that they said "shot and edited entirely on a Nokia Phone." unlike Apple's commercial where a really tiny text that goes away fast saying "additional hardware and software used."

Captured and edited on Nokia phone. That means original was different. But it is a nice photo indeed!

[deleted post]Holyyyyy fakeeeee. HMD ex-nokia pr employee infamous for using DSLR or professional video camera for promos. That's why Instagram where 1000*1000 overcompressed pics without exif.

What's with the grey sky? It looks like the highlights were blown out, and become grey as they were pulled back during (over)processing.
And what's with the dark halo around the rock in the middle? Over-processed?
Same for the transition between the distant mountain and the sky. Over-processed?
It might be good for Instagram, but for a good photography, it's a no-go.

The photo is a bit dark for my test, but at least there is no overexposed so that's good.
Waiting for the full rez

I can't really understand the fuss in this pic. But I hope Nokia pleasantly surprises us all. Computational Photography can improve substantially. Smartphones companies are just not doing enough. Google is saving money on hardware and hardware innovation, and other arent doing enough with Computational Photography.
Hopefully things improve substantially this year.
