The article on Mashable has a photo showing a stack of 2 iPhones + 1 S10 beside one of these PowerMax phones and the thickness almost matches so that should give you a better idea.
Remember back in the day a Nokia n95 was over 20mm thick and had a battery less than 1000mah.

It's at least 3 times thicker than the smaller 10mm model!!
