If you come from g4 play, g7 is enough, Motorola is best software maker, hardware is what you expect 90 years research not copypaste like mi and friends lol

Anonymous, 01 Mar 2019I am looking for great mid range phone to replace my Moto G... moreI am using a Moto G5 plus with SD 625 it worked lag free for almost 8 months but after that it started lagging slightly while opening apps. SD 636 is around 40-50% more powerful and has enough power to handle day to day task but it is now considered a entry level SOC in 2019, so its hard to recommend it for its asking price of over $300.
Consider G7 Plus only if Camera (OIS), Stereo speaker and 27W charging is useful to you. Otherwise there are many options like Samsung A50, Redmi Note 7 Pro and Mi 9 SE.

I am looking for great mid range phone to replace my Moto G4 Play. I've checked many phones. Nokia 6.1 - 7.1 - 7 Plus - 8.1. Honor 10 - 8X - 7X - Play. Xiaomi Mi A2 - Redmi Note 7 - Pocophone F1. Should I go for any phone mentioned above or consider Moto G7 Plus? Will Snapdragon 636 work fine as I'm not a heavy user or gamer? Laggy performance is very annoying for me. Suggestions please.

There is a security risk but its not like the American government doesn't also have American tech companies leave backdoor so they can later penetrate tech sold abroad.

not really sure if anyone cares at this point, this phone isn't what it should have been. it feels like Motorola have gone backwards to be honest.

The US makes me laugh. They ban Huawei phones because there made in china. But yet they allowing iPhones which are also made in china. And then Motorola are ok. And also made in china. Bit of double standard.
