Windows Phone experience is real fun! XNA reponse is dandy but with C++ low-level API support in Tango in 2012|Q2, we gonna get some solid games as well...

logical opinion, 28 Dec 2011why did they reveal this roadmap? even if i'm a risk tak... moreYou are funding experiments buying Android. You are funding development of new versions that will never be available to you as the sponsor. I was such sponsor and tell you what - never again.

i really like the way WP7 phones perform coz they're too fast! not that laggy when you scroll and browse the phone's contents. the only issue is that they're only stuck with a non-expandable memory. if only they have at least a minimum of 16GB in memory though its non-expandable, at least its worth every penny that its fans spend. iOS is non-expandable as well however, 16GB is their least memory out in the market. i wanna try a WP7 device but i also look for the value that i'll be getting in spending. if WP7 releases a device with a 32GB memory maybe i'll try it. for now, i'll stay with RIM and iOS.

I think microsoft and nokia are taking their own time and not jumping in wagon of out smarting their competiter and multi cores are needed cause gap between laptop and mobile are going to shrink in coming times so all the best to both company

RJ, 28 Dec 2011I dont know why ppl these days are fixated over no of cores... moreYeah, spot on. It's as much to do with the software driving the hardware than it is with the hardware itself.

Yep, no need for more cores and for more battery drain when the OS has no use for them.
I just want to see some more models with hardware keyboards..
There was the HTC Arrive about 15-16 months ago... I can't recall any others.

Fruitcake, 28 Dec 2011Microsoft acting like its new partners Nokia,Everything to ... morethe roadmap seems very respectable, the OS is still developing and they're focusing on making more affordable phones with lower specs to increase market share before they make the more OS more powerful to support th multicore chips, which most likely won't be made widely available until the autumn.
