Shinigami, 07 Mar 2019I understand that your head by your gih opinion about Nokia... moreIf NON-Android One with bloatware is so fluid can please explain me? Why does a custom UI skin phone have a 8GB Ram and can perform same with Nokia's 4GB ram and same processor?
I could know if you still required those apps why don't you download from Play Store?
Are u so busy in your life just to download an app from appstore as per your need?

I didn't provide any feedbacks on any brands and I invite no one to choose something in particular.

Now I'm not sorry to say that Nokia chose Android One just because it's easier for them to launch phones and it isn't a warranty of quality. The devices aren't optimized and, at the difference of the tons of remarks you're claiming findable on the web, you will never find any remarks on a device which have its basic functions work worst with time.

Don't need to justify with the web, especiallly on GSMARENA because they were the very first to report strange software update promises like the story with the Nokia 8. But you're maybe too much fanboy to remember it... Nokia, the apple of the poors...

No ideea how to use an android device. Advice? Go use futurephones) it does not mean everybody has it. If you think they just install a raw software on their devices think again, or better said, educate yourself, apparently you also have no ideea how technology is implemented. And if you think just because you post a website where people complain is a wow, think again. People that complain, in generally are way more active then the ones that don't, just because? People. I can show you 300 sites where tons of people complain about iphones, samesungs and sony. Not to comment about disposible devices like xiaomi and whutnut. So, there will be people that complain abot samesung, apple sony nokia, whatever, as there always is, was and will be. There is no sciense here. But there will also be way more peoples who will not complain because they have no reason as they are smarter and can make a difference between a normal device, a defect one and a users error and know that complaining on the internet will bring them nothing.

kev, 06 Mar 2019Its already out on youtubeI looked and I wouldn't call them 'reviews'. More like a hands-on with the device.

Guess I will just wait for these guys to publish their in-depth review.

I've had mine over a year and not a single issue, still using stock everything.
Have about 20 apps/games installed and all work flawlessly.

I would say with SW updates its actually faster than the day i bought it

Anonymous, 06 Mar 2019Why? We will not feel its sd845 not sd660 And even Nokia i... moreI'm using a Nokia 7 Plus on daily basis so I know about what I' m talking about.
You, don't. Why? Because simply if you had an Android One device from his very beginning you will experience a device which becomes worst with time.
Calls and connectivity have poor quality at every software updates, screen freezes everytime, software is buggy.

So yes, I' m laughing each time when someone is coming and try to convince that a sotware with 0 bloatware is the top... But it's not true, the truth is that Android One is just an OS installed on a phone without any optimizations. How many real Android One users (with minimum 9 months daily usage as primary device) kept all the native apps and didn't install anything else?
I had to change the launcher because the incredible clear and pure stock one just stopped work properly on weekly basis... The new launcher offers other services, so contains also bloatwares...

No Android One it's definitely not a proof of quality and to be honest, Nokia can't manage a correct service for high range users, especially when we read what happened with the Sirocco 8...

So please before write, take your info with someone who can give you a real opinion or start to really buy phones before do the 1 penny specialist...

And even Nokia is always there for updates which will improve the performance every time no problems for 2-3 years for sure as its android one with no bloatware.
See the clear android difference first then comment.

I will laugh in 6 months when people will report the device will become unusable because it freezes too much or they will experience hardware issues and they will claim they throw 600 dollars to the garbage... At this moment, I will write they could spend only 150 dollars more for a real high range device...

@cptpower, to adapt it to your example, if the sd845 would’ve taken 1 hour to finish the 200km, then the sd855 is doing it in around 40 minutes. Now as far as energy drain goes, sd855 is vastly more efficient. Go and check anandtech spec2006 comparison.

                      Phone is awesome.
Difference between SD855 and SD845 is like a difference between two trains which started at same railway station but one came to the end of tracks lets say 200KM in 1 hours and the other one finnished it in 57 minutes.
In other words no major difference worth oto mourn a tears.

Anonymous, 05 Mar 2019Flagship processor from 2019 :-)Considering it is "just" for $699 in comparison to flagships now a days, the processor is absolutely fine. Also, there are only minor improvements and for 99%, there isn't sufficient reason to need better processor. This is sufficient enough.

I think this phone will boom the market for sure after seeing many comparison with even 2019 flagships like s10 plus. A best real true color picture found only on trusted Nokia phone #Nokia9Pureview. Its shows quality is still better than quantity.
Sd845 is still better by considering its proce and quality of 5 cameras and more more details captured through its 5 lenses.
After a long time i can say Nokia is back!

But I prefer if it had just two 1/1.8" sensors. One rgb and one mono.
                                    Both 20MP.
