Over four months after launch, Google now allows Pixel 3 and 3 XL mail-in repairs

Google’s in-house repair center was unable to provide service for the Pixel 3 and 3 XL due to shortage of original parts.

      Like them or not, apple’s after sale service is unmatched whether for repairs, support, in person free education, day 1 updates, etc. Google and Samsung should team up with bestbuy’s geek squad or something.

        So not only is their quality control bad, but their service too. Well, there u have it folks

          Google doesn't seem to do good business with its customers. And oh, a lot of failures in their products. Please only focus with software development. Love from India.

            RIP Google Pixel Phones Better buy and Apple or Samsung for good service warranty.

              Never want to deal with real customers! That's Google! They can not compete with Apple and Samsung selling consumer electronics and mobiles!! Always deal with enterprises and wheelers and dealers!
