Anonymous, 13 Mar 2019but poor batteryPoor battery? To be honest, i trought the same because of ",only" 3070mAh.. But i was wrong.. MIUI optimisations, and most important, SD712 (10nm), and Amoled screen does wonders.. It have better battery than Note 7 with 4000mAh, or here in endurance rating (108h)..

For time you spend to write your comm, you could find how to, there is like 1000 sites, youtube tutorials etc. And for doing that you only need 10-20 seconds.. :/

Androidloveralways, 13 Mar 2019Samsung also has ads. The little research would be nice be... moreAds come from apps, not the phones(UI, OS) themselves. The main observable difference is that Xiaomi's personal apps include ads in some of the basic system apps (Settings, Files, Theme etc). However, both (all phones in general) have ads from third party apps

Samsung actually explains the presence of any ads on their website:
                            https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/why-are-there-ads-on-my-lock-screen-and-how-can-i-get-rid-of-them/

In other words, you won't be seeing ads in *system apps* in a Galaxy phone, or any other phone except a Xiaomi. But heck, what kind of a numbnut doesn't how to get rid of ads!?

Anonymous, 13 Mar 2019Samsung has adsI was a Samsung hater but I am not a Samsung lover too. I decided not to be a hater because of Samsung Experience 9.0 (now become OneUI). Why do I fall in love with the new Samsung UI? Because there is no advertisements, more simple, more stable and more secure. It is a thing that any brands, except iOS, cannot provide a better UI.

Of course, Samsung has its own apps but they all can be hidden, disabled and even uninstalled. Galaxy Store can be disabled and hidden, for example.

Well, I am still a Xiaomi series lover, from Redmi 2. I say this is a good value phone.
