I love Windows Phone. I didn't like the cheap plastic on the Focus. My N8's insanely slow. Please AT&T don't screw this like you did with the "E71x" and don't call it something weird and stupid, like "Ace."

Sun Down, 31 Dec 2011Do you enjoy nitpicking with your own personal grudge again... moreYou mad bro? When Nokia was still using Symbian you were pretty vocal about Symbian having VPN, Mass storage, USB OTG, Flash Lite(even though it's not comparable to real flash on Android), being Open Source, in fact you kept using the Nokia C7 as your main point, yet now that Nokia uses WP7 and WP7 lacks all of this, it all becomes irrelevant? Laughable, you give me the "lulz". The picture above isn't the Lumia 900, as theres already diagnostic reference that it is the Lumia 800 with LTE.

SS, 31 Dec 2011android is virus infected, not windows phone http://www.re... moreOf course Android would have more hackers targeting it, it's the most widely used smart phone platform with the most growing users, also the reason why there are more potential security risk with Android is due to it's open source nature. Unlike iOS and WP7 which is locked down and keeps everything to themselves, Android releases it's source code for the community allowing custom rom possible. Look at Windows, there are more trojans, malwares, and phishing attempts towards it than Linux and OSX, does that mean it's less secure than the other platforms? No, because Windows accounts for 88% of consumer based computing, if you're a hacker trying to steal information from the mass populace are you going to write code for Linux which barely anyone uses or to Windows which everyone uses and have a higher success rate of getting someone to fall for it?

If WP7 had any users to exploit, there would be as much malware for it, look at the SMS exploit which forces a hard reset.

I like Windows phones, but i don't like Nokia Windows phones.
waste of money with Nokia Lumia, It's RAM is just 512 mb, but processor is 1.4 ghz.
better to buy samsung or HTC windows phones.

As a heavily modified xperia x10 user (root, custom kernel, custom rom, unlocked bootloader, tweaks, modified launcher, etc), the WP7 is the most fluid OS I've tried so far. It might be even greater or similar to iOS, give or take. Almost a year of using Android, I got tons of spam due to spyware/malware/viruses, and not to mention, thousands of crashes. IMHO, Android is never complete, and it feels like an alpha OS. Hopefully for Google's sake, ICS will fix all of the above mentioned problems I had, but it's too little too late. I'll switch to either the N9, or the Lumia 900 if it supports T-Mobile USA. I was just hyped by Android's "openness" and the massive amounts of apps in the market; nevertheless, I only have a few apps on my phone (Yelp, Facebook, a handful of games, Maps, and Navigation) all of which is available to Lumia 800 thru its native apps (IE Nokia Drive and Maps). Give WP a time and it will better.

PS: I'm nowhere near bias to Nokia nor MS. I'm just an open-minded person and will try anything that catches my attention. I used to be a fanboy, but I realized, "what's the point?" I guess I'm getting older haha

Nokia will keep trying to tempt people to Windows, but its to Restricted as Symbian was the better choice an just look at the Front screens on Windows phones they are so wasted by the Stupid buttons on them an alot as got to be done before you do switch to Windows, you look at this phone an the Galaxy S2 an at least you are able to full use of the screen on the Galaxy S2 an with S3 on the way this phone could come under alot of pressure an not sell well like the Lumia 800
