Google thinks their customer are kids who settle to this weak specs. You better not release this phone. This is such a waste. A phone that has its camera as the only feature. No one will buy this.

Install gcam on it & it will pump out some good looking photos.

Google has lost the plot completely. Nobody in their right mind would even consider buying this overpriced junk phone (i know the price hasn't been announced yet, but i assure you Google will not price this according to the specs).
You will be far better off buying a $200+ budget phone & installing google camera app on it.

What, Google ripping people off with out if date low spec hardware at premium price ? oh no, of course they have not done that before and they won't care what folk say this time this is the very last Pixel phone of any description or price, so why not make a few dollars more profit by slapping an out of date, under speced soc in it ? Their not going to be worried about bad feedback, the decision to kill pixel is already made, pixel always been a very niche device, even less sales than Nexus range, one of the reasons being their behaviour when kiiling off the Nexus range, this is just more evidence that Google have no idea/no interest in how to do hardware, makes you wonder why they paid a billion to steal HTC's phone staff, they have been totaly wasted..

Google should use the SD710 for the XL at least, and go no lower than a SD660 or SD636 for the smaller model on this. That is if these Pixels are going to be priced at what is rumoured. And using a SD625 that in technology terms is plain outdated, will just be plain arrogance from Google's side.
