Buy any Xperia device and swallow it piece by piece and you will see how good can make some things. Until then make a life troll and stop filling these forums with your crap tastes of Korean/Chinese smarts. There are many other factors to consider when we talk about display quality of OLED panels, such as maximum & minimum brightness, color accuracy, color gamut, battery efficiency, brightness uniformity and degree of black crushing etc. Samsung's panels nail pretty much everything and it is a fact that it's extremely hard or nearly impossible to beat.

I'm paying a lot of respect to what Sony is doing with Xperia 1 you know, its camera is no longer gimping because of idiotic rivalry between the mobile and camera segments, the design actually makes sense this time around, it uses the newest SoC etc. You can see my previous comment in this article where I say I'm expecting great image quality from this phone, and I'm not lying - the midrange Xperia 10 seems to deliver more pleasant details than all Sony flagships previously released, and I'm pretty sure Xperia 1's cameras will be a lot better than this, might be even better than S10+ if they have managed to get the processing right(because Samsung messed it up hard this year). So if you think I'm biased, then go ahead. I'll make a praise if this phone deserves one, and I'll criticize it if necessary. In neither case I don't give a damn about what you think of me.

                  Proof?

"then you start brain wash people the 4K is same as 2K whatever your nonsense"
I said 3.8K resolution is nearly indistinguishable from 3K from normal viewing distance. Higher the resolution of the panel, the more difficult it gets to see the difference in sharpness. Many professional reviewers on the internet had hard time finding a difference between WQHD pentile AMOLED panel on Galaxy Note 5/Nexus 6P and Z5 Premium's 4K IPS panel with regular RGB subpixel arrangement, do you actually think most people would notice how much 3.8K pentile panel is sharper than 3K pentile panel? Obviously not.

"why you keep discredit 4K panel just to show Samsung has better panel"
I don't remember myself ever "discrediting" Xperia 1, so post me a link and I'll reply to you about this.
By the way here's my previous comment in this article:
"Midrange Xperia 10 produces some great results, so much better detail rendition than previous Sony flagships. Xperia 1 will surely perform great if it will have the same camera software."

Do I look like I'm bashing Sony?

Nick Tagataka, 17 Mar 2019"This is why you all still giving bad comment almost on eve... moreYou have some comment on XZ3 page about no OIS for XZ3, but don't know XZ3 camera performance in higher ISO is much better than anyone else in the same value. Example: The XZ3 at ISO 3200 has better image quality than the S9 at ISO 400 with f/1.5 lens.

Xperia 1 have using OIS with triple cameras, you still don't give any opinion on positive side then you start brain wash people the 4K is same as 2K whatever your nonsense...you keep say you keep telling people it is distinguish. But I found you have said "Samsung's panel truly shines." on XZ3 opinion page, this is why I remember you. You really cannot see the difference then why you keep discredit 4K panel just to show Samsung has better panel? I am not confuse, Sony has adopt OIS on Xperia 1 you still the nitpicking person, but you praise Samsung's panel truly shines and said 2k and 4k panel is same. You are bias enough.
