I guees this thing will have better battery than the Mate 20 Pro but specs-wise, you're better off getting the Mate 20 Pro since it's now cheaper than this.

      Feels like they just want to show - "Hey we have too 1000$ flagship" just to look competitive ... But I fail to see why it costs so much ... It has inferior screen and lesser chipset in comparison to s10, even s10e has sharper screen .. You could say cameras - so far I would say they been ower hyped (except night time - there it "shines") ...but Right now I dont feel this 5xzoom one (tho' probably it would be nice feature) and Imige processing on picture - cant say that I like it (felt fake-ish')- seem like created to appeal DXomark

        What you can do now with your 2019 smartphone, you can still do it with a 2016 one. Most of people change phone not because they are obsolete or dated, but because they want the best even though most of the people are using it just to send messages, mails and go on social medias, basically, a 200€ phone of 2016 can do that too.
        And I don't know about Android, but with Apple you easily get 4-5 years of regular updates before they stop, and even then they are still not obsolete, maybe dated for the latest best graphic games, but definitely not for what most of people are using them...
        I am a photographer and I have an iPhone 8 Plus with Lightroom, Photoshop and other photo-editing apps, I also play GPU-hungry games and it still is super smooth, and it will still be smooth next year and the year after...

          People are buying less and less new smartphones, because there is a stagnation in real evolution. When you buy 1k phone you are probably using it for the next 2-3 years.
