Anonymous, 21 Mar 2019what is vpn? , what can you get using vpn? how does it work?Basically it lets you watch blocked websites. For example, if your school or office blocks adult websites, then you can use a VPN to visit those there.

You have to ask yourself HOW ARE THEY MAKING THE MONEY OFF OF THIS?
Not saving your details on their server is not the same as not having the VPN provider tracking and storing everything on their own servers, or getting paid by them, or the company tracking everything you do and doing an abstracted statistic. If they mean it's free no track or statistic by anybody at all, then they should have stated it.
Realise, that a true VPN sees everything you do. System wide, it sees every scrap of information going down the VPN pipe including illicit information of hackers/companies filming and recording you.
True journalism would be investigating these things and doing articles on then, and recommending what to do to protect yourself. But true journalism is supposed to be on its death bed.

It's been years since Opera mobile went nothing. Since one if the original founders left, who now has made Vivaldi browser.

Opera is the best browser on Android, with all the benefits of Chrome without all the bad things with Chrome! Chrome is the best browser on a laptop, Windows 10 and Linux..., but on Android it totally sucks!

Worst thing in opera is when you press Exit and then request pop up for conclusion do you wanna exit, how anoying is that bs and no way deactivating that option, it's just like playing puzzle game with it ...and then when in settings you activate for data saving appear calculation okay but is fake when you request data activity from network shows data use like browsing internet on windows pc...
There is no better android browser than BoatBrowser, even is not updated long time now is still the best one, gui costumisation is great and it has all tools you need for standard and easy everyday use.

Specifically when we only need to bypass our country rules which blocking some websites from every ISP around the country.

But as you said, I still use Chrome on my Android phone since using other browser is pointless and I'm not a heavy user of browser synchronization. But if this VPN also comes to Android, I might want to install it. There some sites (e.g. Vimeo, Reddit) which blocked in my country. Having free VPN service, which doesn't need to set up, helps a lot.

Opera used to be pretty awesome back in the day. I had it on both my PC & mobile back when they used their own proprietary "presto" engine. Unfortunately they made the switch to chromium which made it pointless to continue using Opera instead of switching to Chrome browser.
With the new exclusive features they're offering, maybe it's time to revisit the old friend.
