Inluxc, 25 Mar 2019Steve Jobs is that you????Steve Apple is right though both Xiaomi and Huawei are huge copycats, they don't spend any money on R&D which is why their laptops are significantly cheaper. Apple laptops are rip-offs though but at least they're unique, fast and reliable and very well-built.

I wonder about the CPU, 8th gen core M is architecturaly the same as 7th gen, unlike the core U processors. Everything else should be magically as lovely as usual. Base model should have 8GB RAM, though, since most users will stick to the installed Windows 10 that eats 2GB of RAM on idle right after it gets into the desktop. The story will be different if they ship with desktop Linux instead where the heaviest one only needs barely 1GB.

I had the Xi 13.3" MI air, build is 2 class behind, the ports where flimsy , the battery 2-3 hours
I sold it and took huawei...its a better windows OEM product than xiaomi
