[deleted post]I came from Nokia 3210, 5210, Sony Ericsson afterwards, W705, Xperia Mini Pro, Xperia Neo, Xperia Arc S, Xperia S, Xperia ZR, Z1, Z2 & Z5. Loose faith on Sony when they started the X trio series, bought my wife Huawei Mate 9, its a very good phone for the price, then i switch myself from Sony user to Huawei/Honor, bought myself Honor 8 Pro. My god, i should switch it earlier. From battery, stability, storage, camera quality & most importantly pricing standpoint, it beats all my previous phone. Now i'm rocking Mate 20 & will switch to Mate 40 later. For now i'll stick with Huawei.
Its easier to bash & gave conclusion when u dont experience it with yourself. Well i do, and thats my conclusion.

voted for p30 pro. but wont get it. as im on the mate series of huawei. im m20pro so naturally i'll get the mate30pro this year.

Huawei used to be an alternative to Samsung with nearly the same specs with lousy software but for a lot less money. Nowadays it's the same amount of money for less quality and worse specs (and still terrible software) Same goes for OnePlus.
It's either Samsung for highend or Xiaomi/Opo/Nokia as alternatives at midrange and lowend.

All other companies should use nano memory standards because huawei is a lot better brand than most other competitors.
There is nothing wrong with nano memories and as you passed from regular sim cards you use nano sims.
Same goes for jack ir blaster and other such things.
Just give up and stop catching ghosts.

Thats not possible to huawei.
They can release mate 50 instead but its unlikely to be true that Mate 40 will be released.
I bet they skip Number 4.

Well up to this day P30 pro is the best phone on the market for sure.
And if there will be a better phone this year it will be Mate 30 pro or Mate 30 X or Mate 30 porsche design.
But thats it. No Samsung No Sony no Apple will beat them no way no chance not possible. .

Not really gonna buy any of them but voted for the P30 Pro, obvious reasons
Focusing on their next move, what Huawei should do next is really get serious by making near-perfect smartphones in their Mate 30 series. I'm talkin' the usual chip, cam, battery/charging, maybe some display and audio upgrades, and if it were up to me: No holding back the IP68, jack nor IR blaster. Now, if only they could fix their "Nano Memory" standards...
Btw, does anybody have any info on the P30 series' glass protection/build quality? The specs shown on this site is still empty

Nope. In my country now, P30 pro cost more than Mate 20 pro and P30 cost more than Honor View 20. So, not so good deals the P30 series, at least not now.
