Plain and simply no matter what apple brings out in the future Samsung will either match it or better it. They have proven themselves with the SGS2 and they will prove it again with the S3

Denzo, 08 Jan 2012I am really confused by some peoples opinions on Android Vs... moreandroid OS is generally slower, however that is down to googles programing and the later addition of manufactures software on top, you also get more features such as full multitasking in android too.
further to how iOS reacts to the user, apple would most likely sue any company that has the same type of responsiveness, look or feel to any of their devices, therefore it's very difficult for other manufacturers to mimic anything from iOS especially android.
on the bright side there's a lot of free apps on the android market in comparison to the app store, with each manufacturer giving away premium apps and games to promote their devices at present.
if you want a faster browsing experience download opera mini, it's much faster than the stock browsers.
the top end bada phones are made of metal if plastic is a problem to you, it's also faster than android, and there's a selection of other phones that are not of plastic construction out there too.
the fastest OS at present is said to be WP7 which also comes with a very efficient stock browser courtesy of microsoft.

A Few Points .. Apple had to release this info "Some Reliable People" my @$$. Apple has fallen behind due to the fact that what is going to be released on the Iphone5 will be announced and in market 6-8 months previous with Android. Two if Samsung is crap..why does Apple purchase so many parts from them? So the parts are good only when in an Iphone. So Foolish.

I am really confused by some peoples opinions on Android Vs Apple. I personally have no doubt that SGS2 and then 3 will be the most techy phone out there. It is not the most fluid phone to use though period. The iPhone 4S (and 4!) have a much cleaner look and feel. The scrolling is just dead on perfect. Android still feels laggy or robotic.. however you describe it its just not as nice as iOS. To me, I really like that Android offers something different, but in sheer quality is behind iOS. Android has some great features, Flash is a big one. I have to say that flash on SGS2 runs perfect and smooth as silk. But you cant always look at paper specs, even though the SGS2 has supposed faster internet connection than the 4S, when testing both the websites I visit seem to come faster on the iPhone 4S, websites include my university, NBA, GSMarena, Ebay etc.. Also, and almost as big as flash in my eyes, is the qulaity of an App on both markets. They nearly always look better on iOS. I dont care what the reason is, they simply do and that is undisputed. Angry birds, NBA TV, Doodle Jump, IMDb, and to be honest who cares if the cost 0.99c. The store is just ahead as well. Oh and last thing, Im alergic to plastic. :) Android is great at some things, but these passionate rants about android are stupid, its good, its cheap, but its not the best, Apple is. Clearly. I have both, and im no tech expert but please now be realistic.

see apple fans rejoicing over quadcore.hehehe,1st of expect that after like say 2 yrs. 2ndly, its useless on iPhone due to same boring ios 5 plus 3.5 inch screens.3rdly, a quadcore iPhone stands no where near same tech from Samsung. ever compared an sgs2 to iphone4s in real life? not talking about shitty reviews. apple fans, please wake up.put your hate for android aside, try an sgs2 or better still play with Ics on an outdated Samsung captivate and you will marvel at how far technology has grown from your outdated Ios. to the hater claiming android is boring, I wonder which interesting OS you use urself? I pity u cos at the end we android fans ain't stuck to our PC all the time.lol

I would rather get and ONDA. Pretty much one of the most advanced mp4/mp5 players. They come with anywhere from an 3inch screen up to a 8inch screen. Has great battery life and supports almost any format of audio and video. Does games, usually dual speaker, high memory and card slot, and drag and drop. They even support HD video and some have HD resolution. Have been like this for years already. Also a lot of them can be bought from around $80-$150.
The ipod touch does have good battery though. you don't have to favor the GS2 but it does farm from nothing.

Nice, if it actually turns out nice i might get it, or the lumia 900, whichever seems better, android gets boring REAL fast and most droid phones look FUGLY.

i think whatever apple do next needs to be something big, because comapred to other smart phones on the market at present its not good enough, i had the iphone 4, then got a htc sensation xe and its the best phone ive owned yet and i work in a phone shop and have used the iphone 4s and its just slighty better than the iphone 4, so in my opinion the next iphone needs to be something special.

mobile phones quad core is equivalent to entry-level dual core in Intel's world.
Which is eqivalent to a 10 year old tech called Pentium 4. And that's why you can play GTA3 in your phone now!
8mp camera phone (found in n9/iPhone
4s/SGS2) is equivalent to a 9 year old dslr camera. Plus don't ever compare a modern dslr with a camera phone. You guys says that camera phone is better than dslr because u can post pic to facebook.. You sucks and are u living in 1980s'? Nowadays dslr cam can send pics to phone/computer using either a wifi-sd card or via an accesories which can transmit lan/bluetooth..
lame mobile phone fans. do your research first!

Even symbian can open those Office files.
Windows Mobile 7.5 can create Microsoft office files like powerpoint , excel sheets etc not just viewing them and skydrive is there to support cloud computing which means i can create ppts,docs on-the-go.
and iOS has iWork , but i dont really care since i use windows 7 unlike my bro who uses Mac and iOS.
iWork is really beautiful and also creates good presentations as well as work docs and iCloud is already working pretty good.
Sometimes i use iWork and convert them to powerpoint
but anyway ,bla bla with Apple.
But i stick with windows 7 as pc (never chose mac or other platform) as i already bought many expensive applications in it like AutoCAD , MatLab , Adobe Photoshop , so i can't buy those softwares again.....AutoCAD alone costs like $4,000.
So i chose WP 7.5 which supports office as well as cloud. And stick with iPod as MP3 player until some other company releases 30 pin connector.
I have my needs ,and my bro does heavy editing , and multimedia stuff he need apps like iMovie,Garageband (which also available on iOS now with Cloud) So he chose Apple. So android is not with mine or my bro needs , my dad doesnt do any docs or use features/apps of windows 7/iOS so he uses android.
