Galaxy ... moreFFS I am tired with all these comments saying Samsung updated their phones many times....Galaxy S was released in JUNE 2010. All the phones back then had FROYO. Galaxy S had ECLAIR which means it was LATE than the other Android phones. If you wanna praise that, then you're probably a Samsung fanboy. Anyway; Nexus S, a phone released in October 2010, is getting ICS :)And it is a Samsung phone, so uh...if you wanna blame anyone, blame Samsung. They know their Galaxy S is capable of running ICS with Touchwiz, they just won't update it because they need money. Why would the 18 million Galaxy S users get the new GS3 if their phone is already capable of running ICS?

              Now they are giving another update which adds features from ICS, yet people are not satisfied. So you want your phone to be updated forever? This is just like iPhone 3GS, Apple update it but not with all the features of iPhone 4/4s.

              It is still better than nothing. Be happy you are getting an update. Nexus S has only gotten one update from 2.3 to 4.0. I bet you they wont update it to 5.0 (Jellybean). Galaxy S on the other hand has gotten 2 and half updates.
