analysis, 09 Jan 2012Let's analyse the originality of your comment. "S2... moreWow huge bashing comment. All they said was be a little more original then directly ripping off a name. They didnt say the product was a copy or was bad...just said they should've used a more original name rather then something that is so blatently copying.

bummy, 09 Jan 2012dual-core chipset and only 1gb ram on the tablet is rather ... moreActually, This Tablet uses Qualcomms latest SoC, codename Krait, using a whole new Core, which is on par, if not better than Cortex A-15. Theoretical power of that dual-core is similar to the quadcore of nVidia, but in actual usage, it will be so much better. If anything, it a bless that this tablet won't use Tegra3, whilst becomming 'one of those tablets' that I for one till try to avoid like the plague, just like I'm advising anyone not to buy a Tegra2 tablet. If there is any reason why iPad has no competition, it isn't Android, it is the lackluster Tegra-line of SoCs. A single-channel memory controller on a quadcore... (yeah, technically, it may be capable of using faster memory... technically).

dual-core chipset and only 1gb ram on the tablet is rather disappointing.

Hopefully the price will reflect the lack of Tegra-3 chip; otherwise, this tablet is doomed before release...

S2 Slate is using Krait CPU at 28nm and not old Scorpion CPU at 45nm.

Anonymous, 09 Jan 2012S2? Really? Can't they think of anything original??Let's analyse the originality of your comment.

"S2? Really? Can't they think of anything original??"

Next you'll be saying only one manufacturer should be allowed to use any version of android.

Go away, there is a place for all manufacturers in this market! Climb back into your hole and stay there. This thread is about Lenovo not Samsung so stick to your own petty lonely pit of sewage.
