Still running the original Redmi Pro Helio X25 variant here. 2 years in my hands, worked very well. Only slightly weaker point was the camera. Otherwise the aluminum body and AMOLED screen were top quality.
I am very excited for this and if they release a global variant, I might actually buy it instead of the Mi 9. The motorized popup front camera doesn't interest me in the least, not a selfie pictures fan, and it's great that it leaves room for a full screen display. Also if it comes with a 4800mAh battery, THAT WOULE BE AWESOME! :O

Seems it would cost more than the Poco. The good thing with Poco is it cut out the crap and gave a good phone with a flagship soc at a great price. The Redmi flagship could have been the cheaper smaller Poco. But with needless things one an in display fps, pop up cameras and triple lenses, it could have been a poco mini without a notch. Guess this will be yet another 6.4 inch monstrosity yet again.
