D79_, 09 Jan 2012Haha u see when everyone was sayin samung copied iphone, we... moreReally I dont think it does look like the S2. If anything this phone is allot better looking the S2, the S2 looks a little tacky . And if you look you will see apple are still dominating the market and most likely always will do, do samsung have people queuing for hours just to get there mobiles? I think not!

Steve, 09 Jan 2012Since it has ICS, will the "Menu" key still work?... moreICS Does require a menu key, in fact the Galaxy Nexus has it, but sometimes it's at the bottom, sometimes it's at the top and sometimes it's hidden, I don't know why they didn't just put it at the bottom with the other buttons.

Yo Mama, 09 Jan 2012daaammnn thats an S2 clone. aren't they afraid they might... moresamsung, lg, htc, nokia and apple all have qualities that infringe upon someone elses copyrights.. Huawei are just another conglomerate cellular giant stepping in with something new to offer. Cheap phones with high end function. As for their quality, that's a convo for a rainy day

Joe, 09 Jan 2012I dont fully understand the UI... On the video it has the S... morein the android setting there should be an option to disable animations/effects should increase the battery life of the phone.
as far as the UI goes it looks like a customised vanilla ICS layout from Huawei.

I dont fully understand the UI... On the video it has the Stock ICS interface, yet it then advertises a "revolutionary 3D interface" and proceeds to show a customised overlay? Does it have some sort of switcher? Or did they not bother rendering it properly? Ideally, you could deactivate their homebrew UI overlay, but probably not...

If it's running ICS, then why are the "Menu", "Home" and "Back" hardware buttons there on the front??? I DON'T GET IT!!!

Good job. Well done. Keep it up. More power to Huawei. I tried the phones and tablets at the showcase, pretty good and very fast and smooth. Resolution as clear as LG and samsung. But camera is not that good, over all still above average though.
