    I just spoke with a Samsung representative, and she told me that if you're trading in any smartphone, it will be a flat $200 off of your purchase of any S10 phone. You'll get the $200 off of your order, and then once you receive the phone, you have 15 days to send in your trade in. You'll get an email if your trade in is approved.

      My still pristine Nexus 6P will probably get what, $25 off? $50 at most? That gets offset by the $71 state sales tax I'd have to pay, being in NYC.

        Seems like ole Sammy is getting desperate. Huawei just dropped the magnificent P30 Pro and suddenly Sammy isn’t so confident anymore. Lol.
        PS. Before the bashing starts let me state that m daily driver is still my beloved Galaxy S8+ and my hardly used backup phone is a Huawei Mate 9.

                      So if i trade in SGH-250 working samsung phone i get 200 off haha dont think so.
                      At this time SGH-250 culd habve much more value because its really old ancient samsung device.

This offer is aimed at people that need to change their phone because it's too old, like a 5 year old phone (for example, colleagues with iP 5s struggle with iOS 12 with burning phone after 5 min of pubg, and well, the battery last 5 hours if careful). What would be the reason to buy a new phone else? That's a sweet deal, mainly because it allow a proper disposal of old phone. Same deal should be mandatory for every product.

                          I don't really understand, like my 6 year old Windows mobile, my android connect wirelessly to my 70€ radio, and give me access to all my app throught vocal command, automatically launch playlist and call who I ask for, launch map with GPS? Yeah, it was far better on WP than Android, but that's mainly because of Cortana that has better integration with the core. Well, you know you don't need a proper app on your car to controll your app on your phone, right?

                          Plus wired headphone are far better. But it's true a simple USBC DAC is enought.

                            Seems like an excellent deal for an excellent phone. What more could one ask for.

Wired audio is more efficient, is latency-free, is uncompressed and is more practical than wired thanks to the fact you don't have to charge two devices, or have your audio interrupted because the headphones are out of battery but the phone is at 95%. You're gonna have to throw your pricey AirPods in the trash once the battery's dead. And buy a new, equally pricey pair of AirPods over and over for the rest of your life. A problem that doesn't exist with inexpensive, wired audio. And as-expensive wired headphones sound MUCH better than AirPods. Like, comparing a piece of trash to a wired engineering marvel.

                                      And who cares about blazing fast phones. Is it fast? Yes? Why in the world do you need the fastest? When most just go on CrapBook and play junk ad-filled games, there's hardly a need for anything faster than an SD630. If you said Emulating Wii/GameCube/PS2 games, you may have a case. But that's not really possible on iOS, is it?

                                      Android updates and Samsung Experience updates are two separate things. So no, it doesn't lag behind for 6 months. And there's no new features that makes the newest OS "needed" either. What can you do on Pie that you can't on Oreo? Or iOS12 vs iOS11 for that matter?

                                      How much did that 256GB phone cost you? I mean, the price premium over the base iPhone. Is it more than the base S10 + a 128GB card (total 256GB)? Yes?
                                      Can you go for 512GB if you need it in the future, say if you go on a trip with no Internet (or poor Internet, not enough to stream from your NAS and yes that kind of Internet is widespread in this world, and even in your country) and want some high quality content to watch? No?

                                      So no, the S10 is in no way a downgrade over any iPhone. Quite the opposite. But some have money to burn and are proud to show it, even though it shows their lack of mental capabilities. There's more important stuff to buy than disposable phones and disposable junk earphones you know.

                                        Hell, because i do not need to upgrade, i am able to get Airpods / Apple watch gen 4 / iPad / Synology NAS. And thanks to iOS12, my phone is BLAZingly fast, I get all the apps and gaming i need. Plus i have 256GB, i can even access my NAS via streamtome for the full 10TB worth of media.

                                        Why DOWNGRADE and get a phone that hardly get upgrades after 2 years? And Even if it updates, it LAGS behind updates for 6 months at least?? No Wireless Android Auto.. my iPhone 7 have Wireless CarPlay!! I just walk into my car, NO need to plug my phone in, no need to even take my phone out of my bag.. instantly CarPlay starts up.

                                        The only trade off maybe is maybe 1.5 ~ 3 inches more screen size? LOL.. who needs, i have 65 inch TV at home!
