I know nokia is a hard phone, but nowadays ppl are looking for a better and friendly UI, faster processor. Nokia's UI aren't very user friendly, and their Symbian OS really sucks, as i used Symbian before

If you want the bright color polycarbonate look and support Nokia, do yourself a favor and get the Nokia N9 instead. At least it has NFC. Can't say the same for any of the Lumia phones though.
And the Nokia Lumia doesn't have the disgusting Windows button. Ugh.
Also, Sony's design is synonymous with aesthetics. Even if Sony did copy Nokia's design, Sony's rendition will be sexier. It's like a singer doing a cover of a song which ends up better than the original singer's version.

Sony Ericsson was my fav brand of them all for along time and it still is and i just wish if they could only improve their battery life. i have used the old SE and trust me i have put them trough alot and still survived unlike any new phones in the market.
every phones has something bad for sure even the monster Galaxy S2 and the recent galaxy nexus all have its downside, so stop criticizing every phones like kids.
SE is superb, infact many phones like iphone use SE camera technology...

kidding aside, I like Samsung but not their "Galaxies" ok.? HELLO!!! it's so obvious that they copied the design of iPhone though Apple get it also from LG..
Duh, look at Samsung, they tried all the OS out there.. That's exactly what they did in terms of design "Prism, L'amour, RAZR, Apple, etc." and as i mentioned yesterday in my comment, they're successful in Apple's design... Duh.. Open your eyes... :P

Crapple ripped the design off of others. And as far as other phones there are different designs. Like Omnia and OMnia HD, new Beda phones, the Beam, and other non Galaxy phones. Then again even carrier variants of the Galaxy have different designs. Some actually very nice.

As what i think... nokia made the last three phone (N9, Lumia 900 and 800) to look the same because they want people (us) to enjoy the same design but different spec...
By the way... we have no rights saying that who is copying who. We r not them! perhaps they r just simply taking other phones as their inspiration sources... (who knows)
